No. Open the one that fits what is going on, and leave the rest until you need them.

Yes. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access to the end of the year you paid for.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The apps run in the browser on your phone or laptop. You can add any of them to your home screen.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on Stripe's secure page. LifeKit never sees your card details.
